    Raj Unni
    Partner, Visthar LLC

    Raj Unni is a senior professional with in-depth expertise in Business Process
    Improvement, Business Transformation and Customer Relationship Management.

    He has over 20 years of experience in business process and strategy consulting. His recent
    work is focused on Process Reengineering, Systems Integration and Process Outsourcing.
    The application areas span several industries including Manufacturing,
    Telecommunications, Financial Services, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare and Energy.

    Prior to co-founding Visthar LLC, Raj held management positions at KPMG Consulting,
    Xerox Corporation, Mass Mutual and Sutherland Group. At KPMG he was Senior Manager,
    leading a number of sizable process improvement projects for large corporations including
    GE, Westinghouse, Apple and Takeda Pharmaceuticals.

    At Xerox, as Manager of Business Process Management, Raj held primary responsibility for
    establishing the 'Business Process Reengineering Competency Center', that provided
    process improvement support for the company worldwide.

    At Mass Mutual he was Director of Process and Data Resource Management, responsible
    for process improvement and data management.

    Most recently, Raj was in charge of the Consulting Practice for The Sutherland Group Ltd.,
    an international professional services and outsourcing services company, specializing in
    the design, implementation and management of technology and onshore/offshore business
    process outsourcing solutions.

    While working and/or consulting with large manufacturing, service and consulting
    companies such as Xerox, Apple, Westinghouse and Northwestern Mutual, Raj has gained
    significant international consulting and deployment experience on various large process
    improvement initiatives. These initiatives include several functional areas such as sourcing,
    procurement, marketing, sales, finance and customer service. Raj has also gained
    excellent experience in planning, managing and transitioning large process outsourcing
    projects to India.

    Raj has published and presented papers focused on Business Process Reengineering
    and Customer Relationship Management. He is a Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA
    degree from Widener University in Pennsylvania.
